This item was considered at the meeting of the Audit Committee on 25 September 2025 (see attached report).

The Committee resolved not to approve the draft Annual Governance Statement and requested that further information should be included within the Annual Governance Statement 2024-25 and that it be brought back to the Audit Committee once it had been reviewed and amendments made.
